Client Portal Information

TeamDock and BoardDock Information
TeamDock and BoardDock are product brands operated by Muldoon Web Solutions Inc.
For TeamDock, account administrators may enter information about teams, coaches, players, parents, guardians, schedules, events, rosters, messages, photos, videos, feedback, notes, or other team-related content.
For BoardDock, account administrators may enter information about organizations, directors, board members, meetings, agendas, minutes, policies, documents, tasks, reports, and other board or governance-related content.
Customers and account administrators are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority, consent, and permission to enter, upload, manage, or share this information.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide and operate our websites, products, and services;
- respond to inquiries;
- prepare quotes, proposals, and project information;
- create and manage accounts;
- provide access to the MWS client portal;
- provide website, hosting, support, maintenance, consulting, and software services;
- process subscriptions, invoices, renewals, and payments;

We access this information only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, support, or improve the applicable service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide us with access to any systems, accounts, data, or content involved in the services.
Customer Content
Customers are responsible for the information, files, documents, images, videos, text, messages, records, or other content they upload, enter, submit, or provide through MWS services, TeamDock, BoardDock, the MWS client portal, or other MWS-operated products.
We do not routinely review customer content unless necessary to:
- provide support;
- maintain the service;
- troubleshoot technical issues;
- investigate abuse or security concerns;
- comply with legal requirements;
- protect the rights, safety, or security of users, customers, MWS, or others.
Children and Youth
Our websites and services are intended for use by organizations and authorized users. They are not directed to children under 13.
TeamDock may be used by sports teams involving youth participants. In those cases, team administrators are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority or consent to enter and manage information about players, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and team members.
MWS does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe information has been provided to us improperly, please contact us.
Board and Organizational Information
BoardDock and related services may involve board documents, meeting records, minutes, policies, reports, tasks, member information, or other organizational content.
Customers are responsible for determining what information should be uploaded, who should have access, and whether any records are confidential, privileged, sensitive, or subject to legal, governance, retention, or privacy requirements.
